In the delegation from Malaysia the daughter of the ambassador and some officials have come to receive the dead body of Malaysian ambassador. In the delegation from Philippine the wife and son of deceased ambassador have come along with Secretary of Philippines Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“Transportation of the mortal remains to the respective countries of the deceased would be finalised after consultation with the families and officials of the embassies concerned and after completion of all formalities,” the FO said in a statement.
The helicopter crash on Friday took away the lives of seven people including ambassadors of Norway and the Philippines; wives of the ambassadors of Malaysia and Indonesia; both the pilots and a crew member.
