How to activate Omni SMS Channel:
In order to access Omni account via SMS, you must have an Account SMS Pin. On activation of Account, the Call Center Representative will inquire you to generate an Account SMS Pin and will assist you through the process.

Omni to Omni Fund Transfer:
You can transfer funds from one Omni account to another Omni Account via SMS command. Here is process:
- Go to write message box of your mobile
- Provide the following credentials, “Amount”, “Receiver’s Mobile Number” and “last 4 digits of Sender’s CNIC” via following command, e.g. Pay 5000 03001234569 1234 and send it to 8257
- In order to confirm transaction, you need to provide your PIN code
- After providing correct PIN code, you will get confirmation SMS for successful transfer of funds
Omni to CNIC Fund Transfer:
Omni allows its account holders to transfer funds to those who have no account on Omni, here is the process:
- Go to write message box of your mobile.
- Provide the following credentials, “Amount” < “Receiver’s Mobile Number” and “last 4 digits of Sender’s CNIC” via following command, e.g. Send 5000 03001234569 1234 and send it to 8257
- In order to confirm transaction, you need to provide your PIN code
- After confirmation of PIN, 8257 service will send you back a 5 digit code
- Provide this code to receiver
- Receiver has to visit nearest Omni Shop along with original CNIC and code to cash the amount
- While transferring more than 7000 amount, you will get a confirmation call
Get Money from Omni Account:
Here are the steps to withdraw Cash from UBL Omni Account and to receive at a UBL Omni Dukaan or UBL Online Branch:
- Go to write message box of your mobile.
- Provide the following credentials, “Amount” and “last 4 digits of Sender’s CNIC” via following command, e.g. Send “5000” “1234” and send it to 8257
- In order to confirm transaction, you need to provide your PIN code
- After confirmation of PIN, You will get a SMS including a disbursal code of 16 digits
- Provide this code to UBL Omni Shopkeeper along with CNIC #.
- You will receive Cash from Shopkeeper and a Confirmation message of Cash withdrawal
Cash Withdraw at UBL Online Branches:
- Pay a visit to UBL Online Branch
- Fill the UBL Omni Cash withdrawal Slip
- Give 16 digit code, transaction amount and your CNIC to Teller
- Collect Cash
