Ghulam Mustafa Tabassum was the well-recognized poet of 20th century. He was born on 4th August 1899 and died in 1978. Tabassum is the pet name of this magnificent poet of Urdu language. He is famous among children as he is the creator of Tot Batot character. He has written many books of poetry, which were translated in Punjabi and Persian language.
