In Karachi today, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) had made a question that why National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis not issued for party chief Altaf Hussain. The leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Haider Abbas Rizvi raised this issue that despite of application and fee submission for National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis why it has not been issued yet.

Leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Haider Abbas Rizvi raised this issue in a press symposium and has made a demand of an elucidation as why a NICOP is not being issued to party chief Altaf Hussain.
