On Wednesday, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif reached Karachi to attend various high level meetings. He spent busy day in Karachi and attended Sindh apex committee’s meeting which was held in PAF Base Faisal, instead of Sindh Governor House. PM was also invited in Karachi Stock Exchange Award function as chief guest.
MQM’s Senior leader Dr Khalid Maqbool on Tuesday while talking to media said that his party members want to meet PM and we had requested PM to listen our point of view regarding rangers operation at nine zero.” We have a lot to tell” he said. MQM wants to disclose rangers conspiracy against them by giving evidence in video documentary form. There was much more to tell about rangers operation and those weapons which rangers claim they found from nine zero.
However, the party failed to meet PM and senior party leader. Faisal Sabzwari said we didn’t get a positive response of our request from PM. He was talking to media before Sindh Assembly. MQM believes that it’s not because of busy schedule but because PM doesn’t want to meet MQM delegation.
MQM protested against media trail and chanted slogans against ARY. They were holding play cards and said the pro-Taliban parties and some leaders were plotting to crush the MQM. They also showed their reservations on removal of barriers from MQM Head Quarter Nine Zero.
