Supreme Court of Pakistan has suspend the orders of Islamabad High Court to reinstate former Chairman PCB Mr. Zaka Ashraf. Najam Sethi has been reinstate for the third time. Today, a three member bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer heard the case and reinstate Najam Sethi appointed by Patron-In-Chief of Pakistan Cricket Board PM Nawaz Sharif.

Today, a three member bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer heard the case and reinstate Najam Sethi appointed by Patron-In-Chief of Pakistan Cricket Board PM Nawaz Sharif.
It is to be noted that on 17th of the May, IHC reinstated former Chairman PCB Zaka Ashraf, while Supreme Court also gave legal status to decisions of Najam Sethi and has issued notices to both parties.
Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination challenged the decision of IHC and said that dismissal of Najam Sethi will result in loss of millions to PCB.
The Government Spokesman stated in petition against reinstate of Zaka that, the decision will ruin the Cricket in Pakistan. Government also requested to Supreme Court to restore Management Committee of PCB to run the affairs of PCB.
Since May 2013, PCB has experienced reinstate of two persons for 6 times. Zaka Ashraf was suspended by IHC, as court stated that he was appointed by a questionable process.
