PCB calls back to Moin Khan

Pakistan Cricket Board has decided to probe against the Chief Selector and has ordered him to immediately come back to the country after his casino visit video surfaced online.

PCB has decided to start investigation and has asked explanation from Chief Selector about his visit in casino along his wife and a member of the tour selection committee, shortly before the Pakistan’s clash against West Indies in Christchurch.  

West Indies defeated Pakistan from a big margin of 150-runs which is considered as one of the worst defeat to Pakistani team in World Cup. “We have launched an investigation over the reports that Moin Khan visited a casino, action will be taken if the reports are proven true,” Shaharyar Khan, the chairman of the PCB, has told to media reporters.

PCB has immediately called him back in Pakistan and probably he will come back before the next match of Pakistani team with Zimbabwe.

Pakistani team manager Naveed Cheema has confirmed that Moen khan has to face severe disciplinary actions according to the code of conduct if he would found indulge in any crime.

It came out today that ex-chairman Najam Sethi, who is now a member of the governing board has no concern with cricket team’s progress. However, current chief Shaharyar Khan was firmly in support of ordering Moin back to Pakistan.

Pakistan now is present at the bottom of Pool B after repeated defeats, from Team India and West Indies.
