Shoaib Akhtar ask ICC to support Fast Bowlers

Former Pakistani Fast Bowler known as Rawalpindi Express has celebrated 38 years of life, while he was a sign of terror for world class batsmen for his fast and speedy bowling. The former Fast bowler in his interview with a Middle East Newspaper in Dubai said that the current standard of Cricket is not rich as compared to previous times.

Shoaib Akhtar said that no one can hope that any country can bring quality fast bowler except Pakistan and India, as Asian countries has such qualities to groom the fast bowler. Akhtar said that Cricket lovers want to see real fast bowling, but recent rules have limited the fast bowlers to perform with their best. Akhtar demanded amendments in rules to give favor to fast bowlers.
 
Former fast bowler has bowled speedy bowling for several times with more than 100 MPH which is record. He said that threaten the batsmen with fast bowling is an art of fast bowlers. Akhtar got fame when he bowled two great Indian batsmen Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar on consecutive deliveries at Calcutta Cricket Stadium in a Test Match.
 
Akhtar said that Brian Lara was also one of the great cricket batsmen of world, but he managed to bowl only three deliveries against him, of which last one hurt him and he went to hospital. Akhtar appreciated the Sri Lankan fast Bowler Malinga for his fast bowling and good performance in ground.
