Night is made for humans to get rest from the daily tidy works. Rest make you feel relax, as the human body need relaxation after involvement in routine tasks. The stuff you used for sleeping i.e. mattress, bed sheets and blanket should be in pleasant condition, while the atmosphere of your surroundings also affects your tone as well.
One should take at least 7-9 hours of sleep on daily basis. Those who habitually get less than 6-7 hours of sleep may suffer to get stamina and most likely to lose their focus on daily routine tasks.
